How do credits work? ▼
One credit = one task execution. Credits never expire, so you can buy a pack and use them at your own pace. You can check your remaining balance anytime through the app. Credits are non-refundable after purchase.
What AI do I need to use HRTasksAI? ▼
HRTasksAI works with OpenClaw or Claude Desktop connected to any Anthropic Claude model. A local LLM (like Ollama) also works for maximum privacy. You'll need an active AI assistant configured before running tasks.
Is my data private? ▼
Yes. HRTasksAI tasks run locally on your machine. Your documents are never sent to our servers — we only receive the task request, not your content. Your data stays yours.
I lost my license key. How do I recover it? ▼
Check the confirmation email sent when you purchased. If you can't find it, email us at hello@hrtasksai.com with the email address you used to purchase. We'll resend your license key promptly.
What is your refund policy? ▼
Credits are non-refundable once purchased, as they represent immediate access to our task library. If you have an issue with your purchase or the software didn't work as expected, contact us at hello@hrtasksai.com and we'll make it right.
A task isn't working correctly. What should I do? ▼
First, make sure your AI assistant is connected and running. Try reloading your skills with the

Download & Install
After purchase, download your skills package from the success page. Unzip and place the folder in your OpenClaw skills directory (or import via Claude Desktop).
